Privacy policy on Hesetak

Transparency in how we collect, use, and protect data

At Hesetak we are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. This policy briefly explains what we collect, why, how we protect it, and your choices. By using the platform you acknowledge that you have read this policy.

1. Data we collect

We may collect identity and contact details you provide at registration (e.g. name, email, phone), account and role information (student, parent, teacher, etc.), booking, package, and payment data for paid services, basic usage logs to improve and secure the service, and technical data such as IP address and browser type for operations and security.

2. How we use data

We use your data to run the platform, manage your account, deliver sessions, curricula, and courses, process payments and requests, send important service-related notices, respond to inquiries, and improve user experience and security. We do not send unsolicited marketing without a legal basis or consent where required.

3. Security and retention

We apply appropriate security measures (such as encryption in transit where applicable and internal access controls) to reduce unauthorized access risks. We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes described or to meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it according to our internal policies.

4. Sharing with others

We do not sell your personal data. We may use trusted providers (e.g. hosting, payment processing, email) bound by confidentiality and limited to what is necessary. We may disclose information if required by law or a valid legal request.

5. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your data. Contact us through official support channels to exercise these rights; we will respond within reasonable timeframes.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and session storage where needed to operate the site, sign you in, remember some preferences, and analyze aggregate usage to improve performance. You can adjust your browser to refuse cookies; some features may not work fully.

7. Policy updates

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or the law. The updated version will appear on this page; we encourage you to review it periodically. Continued use after updates means you acknowledge the revised policy unless we state otherwise.
