Terms and subscription policy for private one-to-one lessons
The subscriber (or parent) must read every clause in this document carefully before paying. Paying the fees is explicit, final consent to these terms and to the subscription and refund policy. Commercial registration: 705518778.
A standard lesson is 60 minutes and is fully dedicated to the student, one teacher to one student. The academy offers a 20-minute introductory demo to meet, check level, and review teaching style and the work plan. The package must be paid in full before the demo is scheduled and the teacher’s time is confirmed.
After payment, a fixed weekly schedule is set for the 60-minute lessons and the 20-minute demo. The student must confirm final times with customer service within 48 hours of the demo so each slot is reserved with the assigned teacher. Any reschedule requires notice to customer service.
In the virtual room, lateness is counted from the lesson time, and a no-show consumes the full hour. Because the teacher’s time is fully reserved, a lesson cancelled at least 24 hours ahead is rescheduled. Cancellation or absence with less than 24 hours’ notice is deducted from the package. The teacher waits up to 15 minutes; after that the hour is deducted with no extension beyond 60 minutes.
A temporary freeze is available once on monthly packages of 8 or 12 lessons, and only for the agreed freeze period. It does not apply to 3-month packages with a larger lesson count unless the package validity allows it. The academy must be notified in advance.
If an emergency technical fault on the teacher’s or the platform’s side interrupts a lesson, the academy will make up the lost time or reschedule the full lesson at no extra cost. If the student disconnects, only the remaining lesson time is completed, with no extra extension.
Requests to reschedule, cancel, freeze, or refund must be sent to customer service on the official WhatsApp or the approved email. Verbal agreements or side requests made only with the teacher are not valid.
Lesson recordings, sessions, and teaching materials — when arranged in advance — are for review within this framework only, to protect the student’s privacy and the rights of the academy and teachers. Publishing, sharing, or circulating recordings is prohibited. Intellectual property in the materials belongs to the platform and its licensors.
By using the platform or paying the fees, the subscriber or parent confirms they have read and accepted these terms and the refund policy, and that payment is made in advance of the demo and of the first standard lesson.
